Lucy Darling Baby Books

I now have TWO little boys. I first heard about Lucy Darling books when I was pregnant with Nash, three and a half years ago. These books are game changers, filled with important prompts of baby’s milestones. Nash’s first year book is complete, and Nixon’s is halfway done, he’s already 7 months old. With two boys, time flies!

I share my first Lucy Darling book for my first son in this post. Since then, I have added even more to his book and it’s perfect to keep all the memories from his first few years of life.

When I found out I was pregnant with baby #2, Nixon, I bought his Lucy Darling book right way so that I could get a head start on it before he was born. I share more about it in this post. It felt good to get some of it done before he was born so I didn’t feel overwhelmed.

I love that these books include prompts for “firsts”. I used Persnickety Prints 4×4’s photographic prints and trimmed them down to fit. Most of the square photo place holders are 3×3, so I order them all as 4×4 photographic prints and cut down the prints when needed. (dark room prints can’t be smaller than 3.5″ or they get lost in the developer).

My boys absolutely love looking at their photos! Nash loves to show Nixon his baby book and tell him all about the memories from when he was Nixon’s age. It warms my momma heart.

Memories are priceless and prints are the only way to remember them forever. My boys will cherish these forever.
