2020 has been a year. Many times I come across a quote that resonates with me. Quotes can mean something different to each of us as we’re living our own story.
Have you heard of Byron Katie’s The Work? This method of questioning my thoughts and worries and then asking myself if it’s serving me or creating suffering has helped me manage anxiety this year.
I love adding quotes to journals, scrapbook albums and my photo books. Some quotes seem to explain how I’m feeling better than I can. Add quotes to calendars, collages, cards, photo books and journals to make great gifts that will strengthen others.
I’m sharing some of my favorite quotes that have helped me get through this crazy year. Hopefully you come across this page and find one that can give you strength too!
