Visit Disneyland through Photos

Our favorite hot spots might be closed, but that doesn’t mean we can’t revisit them with photos!

We’re stuck at home. It’s also over 100 degrees here in Utah. The perfect time to catch up on my family scrapbook album! The new Close to My Heart release of The Happiest Place collection inspired me print our 2019 Disneyland photos and document the fun. My boys faces lit up when they saw these pages, they’re obsessed with Disney!

12×12 Layouts using CTMH Happiest Place SVG Files

With 2 little boys, I have limited time and space scrapbooking with paper. I ordered digital SVG files from Close to My Heart here and here and then converted them in photoshop to .PNG to create my layouts.

I then uploaded my 12×12 layouts and ordered prints at Persnickety- the $1.99 per page price can’t be beat!

What is an SVG file? This is a digital scalable vector format that works with die cutting machines.

SVGs are great for resizing a digital design to fit an album front, a page embellishment or used as I did here in true digital form. The Close To My Heart offering is mainly traditional scrapbooking supplies with SVGs as a fun option for those who stick to digital. Let them know how you choose to document your memories by reaching out on social media instagram or facebook!

I use 12×12 albums for our yearly family scrapbook, this system works so much better than bound photo books for various reasons listed here >
