When do I need to order for Christmas?
For Christmas delivery, order by December 8 with Standard Shipping, December 11 with Priority Shipping, or December 18 with Expedited Shipping. Order early to get the most choice and the least stress.
How long does production take?
Most photo prints, press prints, collage kits, and photo strips are made in 1 business day. Cards, softcover photo books, calendars, and journals take 2 business days. Giclée enlargements, mounting, and canvas take 3 business days. Rush is available on many products. See our shipping guide for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.99 (free on orders over $59), Priority Mail is $12.99 for 3–4 business days, and Expedited is $19.99 for 2 business days. Shipping times don't include production.
I'm in Utah. Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Pickup is free at our lab at 190 North Orem Blvd in Orem. We're open Monday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM and Saturday 10 AM–4 PM.
What if I miss the deadline?
